Rotary microfilter (internal water inlet)

Overview and working principle   The internal water inlet microfilter, also known as the rotary microfilter, is suitable for solid-liquid separation in industrial wastewater. It can remove pollutants with suspended particles larger than 0.2mm. The sewage is smoothly and evenly distributed into the rotating mesh cylinder through a buffer inlet pipe. Through the synchronous rotation of the mesh cylinder and the inner wall slag guiding screw, the intercepted pollutants are discharged through the other end, and the filtered water is discharged through the gaps of the mesh cylinder.   The Rotary Microfilter (Internal Water Inlet) is an advanced filtration system designed for high-efficiency removal of fine particles from water or wastewater. This system features a rotary drum design, where the filter media rotates continuously to ensure optimal filtration performance. The internal water inlet ensures uniform distribution of water across the filter surface, improving filtration efficiency.…
