Gypsum block forming machine molding machine

The molding machine is a key piece of equipment in the static pressure molding system, and a 1300-type double-pressure static pressure molding machine is adopted.    The single set of this technical equipment has a high production capacity. The designed production capacity of the 10-5 equipment is 100,000 m³ of phosphogypsum hollow blocks per year. Each cubic meter of phosphogypsum hollow blocks can utilize 0.73 tons of phosphogypsum powder, so it can utilize 73,000 tons of phosphogypsum powder annually, which is equivalent to 102,200 tons of industrial by-product phosphogypsum per year. The designed production capacity of the 12-6 equipment is 120,000 m³. It can utilize 87,600 tons of phosphogypsum powder per year, which is equivalent to 122,600 tons of industrial by-product phosphogypsum per year.
