Silicon Aspheric Lenses in IR applications

We manufacture various aspherical lens products,including infrared glass aspherics lens,such as ZnSe,Ge,Si,ZnS aspherical lens etc. Aspherical lens has already application in various high technology project and products.  Aspherical lens can increase the numerical aperture of a lens while minimizing system aberrations. Aspherical lens may also reduce the number of elements needed in a multi-element system.Convex Aspheric lenses are used to reduce aberrations, aspherical lens is ideal for light collection, projection, illumination, detection, and condensing applications. Silicon features a Knoop Hardness of 1150 and low density, making it tougher than germanium substrates and suitable for weight-sensitive applications, respectively.
