INDICATIONS Indicated in vitamin B12 deficiencies manifested by megaloblastic anaemia and neurological conditions. Pernicious anaemia and its neurological complication, subacute combined degeneration of the spinal cord. Macrocytic anaemias associated with nutritional deficiencies. Intestinal malabsorption, megaloblastosis, diet-related deficiency, post-gastrectomy.
