Fish Processing Equipment For Poultry Feed

The Drier is composed of a horizontal crust, a revolving shaft, weld with a heating plate that has vanes. The plates can heat the fish meal, at the same time push fish meal towards the outlet by the vanes. Steam is evenly distributed into the heating plate by the allotter. Since the steam and condensate flow respectively in channels on the plates, so as to stabilize the high temperature. With the rotation of shaft, fish meal is agitated by the vanes and heating plates, thus to keep the best contacted with the shaft and plates. Vapors from heating is let out from the top by the pipeline, with the weak vacuum inside pipeline, less cold air is absorbed and no steam leaks.
